ADHD Assessment
Starting March 2026
Are you someone who has spent many years “pushing through” in comparison to your peers? Others have applauded your ability to meet expectations and deadlines, however, aren’t aware that you quietly carry the feeling that something is different in how you navigate the world. From how you think, focus, feel, and even process information. The toll of working twice as hard to “keep up” is now motivating a want for understanding and clarity.
I offer neuro-affirming approach to attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) assessments and ongoing care to clients to help understand your experiences and individuality. I recognize ADHD as a form of neurodivergence - not a personal failure or lack of effort. Together, we’ll gain understanding to how your brain works, not how closely it aligns with standardized expectations.
I intentionally practice outside of insurance-based systems. While insurance can be helpful for some, it often requires constrained timelines, fixed diagnostic frameworks, and projected treatment plans that may unintentionally pathologize neurodivergent traits or prioritize system requirements over nuanced understanding.
Deciding to pursue ADHD assessment can often generate many questions; what will this mean, how did I miss this, what will I tell people, and more? This is not uncommon.
In the process we will meet for 3 (60-90 minute) sessions. You will be assigned one assessment to be completed remotely following our first session. In our time together, two additional formal assessments will be completed. The completion of assessments will allow me to know a lot about your background and allow you the space to share past and present symptoms that are impacting your life. Once all evaluations have been completed, we will meet again in 2-4 weeks (depending on availability) and review the results of your assessments, report and any potential diagnosis. I provide you with tailored recommendations for symptom management for each client - regardless of a diagnosis.
Total Direct Time: up to 4-hours
Records review, assessment analysis, recommended research & report writing: 3 - 4 hours
$900
(3 installments of $300 due at the time of each session)
Important Note: If you are seeking evaluation for work or school accommodations, disability benefits or similarly, you may need to seek a neuropsychological evaluation that is out of my scope of expertise. I will determine in the consult call if my services fit your evaluation needs and offer you appropriate recommendations.
